Payment Options

First and foremost, our mission is to provide you with high-quality treatment in a comfortable, compassionate environment.  We offer a variety of payment options to meet your financial needs. We have several different payment schedules, as well as payment methods (credit card, automatic debit) to meet your needs.  Please speak with us and we will endeavor to tailor your contract to meet your specific financial requirements. We thoroughly explain all available options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

Insurance

We will provide you with a completed Canadian Association of Orthodontists Insurance Predetermination Form prior to your commencing treatment. You must submit this form to your insurance carrier(s) to determine what portion of your treatment may be covered.  We do not bill, nor receive payments from the insurance company directly.  All invoices are made, and payments received, directly from the patient or parent.  Payments receipts are then submitted to the insurance company by the policyholder for reimbursement.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Post-dated Cheques for your convenience.
