We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events do occur; however for an optimal treatment result, we must see you on a regular basis, at specific treatment intervals.
We appreciate that many patients may prefer to come in the early and late day. We cannot guarantee that before and after school appointments will always be available, as certain procedures are scheduled at specific times. We will do our utmost to accommodate your schedule, however not all appointments can be made early and late day.Insurance
We will provide you with a completed Canadian Association of Orthodontists Insurance Predetermination Form prior to your commencing treatment. You must submit this to your insurance carrier(s) to determine what portion of your treatment may be covered. We do not bill, nor receive payments from the insurance company directly. All invoices are made, and payments received directly from the patient or parent. Payments receipts are then submitted to the insurance company by the policyholder for reimbursement.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Post-dated Cheques for your convenience.
